Bride: What brands of makeup do you use?
Radha: My kit is mostly filled with Channel, Laura Mercier, Makeup Forever, Trauma, Nars, Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, MAC and Aveda. I carry the complete Aveda makeup line in my salon so brides can purchase makeup for personal use.
Bride: Do you provide eyelashes or extentions for the wedding day?
Radha: Yes I do, it's included in the price.
Bride: Do I have to buy touch up lipstick or makeup for my special day?
Radha: No, I provide touch up makeup in the price of the service.
Bride: Do you tie Sarees and pin dupattas?
Radha: Yes I do. I help the bride from start to finish with her full look on her wedding day.
Bride: Do you come to my house on the wedding day or do I come to you?
Radha: I have two salons, one in Surrey and one in Abbotsford. Brides have to come to one of the salon for their consultation. On the wedding day I travel to where ever the brides needs me.
Bride: How does the consultation work?
Radha: First consultation we can meet for half an hour to get to know eachother personaly. If you are interested in booking me we will fill out a contract. Then, a month or two months before the wedding we do a full trial which takes 2-3 hours. For this, the bride has to bring their outfit and jewellery.
Bride: What do I need for my wedding day?
Radha: You only need your full outfit, jewllery, and bindies. I provide everything else that you need for your special day!
Bride: What time do you usually start at, for the wedding and reception?
Radha: Usually, I start at 5am then the photographer comes at 7 and he will take your pictures while I finish getting you ready. For the reception it depends what time you have to be at the hall or get your pictures done. That we discuss on the morning of the wedding.
Bride: Do you also do bridesmaids and other family members?
Radha: Yes we do the whole wedding party. I work on the bride while my qualified assistants work on your family.
Bride: When should I wash my hair and how should I prepair myself for the wedding ?
Radha: Wash your hair the day before and make sure it's blow dried just don't use a flat iron. Have your outfit , Jewellery and bindi's ready and I will help you get dressed after the hair and make up.
